Geum Jandi and Goo Joon Pyo Shares A Moment; Gal Eul Hold Hands With Yi Jung

Fans of the Lee Min Ho and Goo Hye Sun couple should rejoice as they will finally lock lips in KBS Boys Before Flowers. Not only are they going to share a short kiss tonight, there will be another long kissing scene in episode 10.

Jandi and Joon Pyo reconciles with a kiss

Goo Joon Pyo (Lee Min Ho) and Geum Jandi (Goo Hye Sun) goes on a double date with Ga Eul (Kim So Eun) and a friend Gong Soo Pyo (Lee Jeong Joon) tonight. But the date goes awry and ends in a fist fight between Joon Pyo and Soo Pyo. Jandi misunderstoods Joon Pyo in the aftermath but reconciles with Joon Pyo thanks to Ji Ho (Kim Hyun Joong), resulting in the kiss.

For episode 10 which airs tomorrow night, Goo Joon Pyo’s mother Kang Hee Soo (Lee Hye Young) will come into the picture. To stop their blossoming romance, she takes away Jandi’s father laundry business, resulting in Jandi’s family being in debt and have to resort to opening a stall beside the highway. Upon seeing this, Joon Pyo goes over to Jandi and kisses Jandi right in front of his mother as an act of defiance. What will happen next? Well, just stay tuned.

Lee Min Ho expressed, “There were many times (in the drama) where we could have kissed but didn’t quite make it in the end. So I am hoping to make this particular scene look really manly and show the style that Goo Joon Pyo has.” Goo Hye Sun said, “This kissing scene is the most intense one ever in my career. Lee Min Ho did a really great job but I was quite shocked by him frankly.

Over the next 2 episodes, we will also learn the reason for Yi Jung’s playboy-like behavior towards girls. This after witnessing his father’s actions.

  52. I loved the pink dress Jandi’s friend wore to the club but why on earth was the player wearing a 3 piece suit ????? He looked like a kid wearing his daddy’s suit. He is cute but is totally miscast as the player. Too innocent looking.
    She is irrefutably likable. The more I see her the more I like her. I wish I could say the same about Jandi. The more I see Jandi the more I wonder what GJP sees in her????
    I have nothing against the actress who’s playing her but I am finding it really really hard to like her. I don’t dislike her. I just don’t care for her. Sigh! BBF has been a casting disaster with an inert Rui, virginal looking player, uninspiring leading lady. Thanks heavens for the highly likeable and incredibly talented LMH. He is the only reason to keep watching this drama.

  65. I am liking the Korean version now better than the Japanese version. JanDi and JoonPyo’s chemistry starts to sizzle.I thought at first that GHS portrayal of “Makino” (JanDi) was not as strong as that of Inoue Mao in the earlier episodes. However, the last few episodes proved me wrong. I feel more connection now with JanDi than Makino and of course JunPyo has more charisma than Jun Matsimoto’s Domyoji. Plus throw in an extra hot couple like GaEul and YiJung, who could ask for an ultimate version of Hana Yori Dango. I hope the writers ,scpritwriters,directors, editors and all technical people involved in this production keep up their good work.Kansamida from a US fan who had already forgotten to watch Simon and the American Idol on Tuesdays/Wednesdays and instead watches uploads with subs of BBF.

  89. sorry, i disagree. the korean version is so classy, like when they have the sports contests. taiwanese version was a basketball game, but korean version was the horse race, car drag race and the swimming race – so exciting! love the family scenes, which are just as good as the other versions, AND the kiss scene, ep. 9 especially, waaaah, SO SWEET!!! jun pyo really shows his vulnerable and senstive side and this ep made me fall for him. i am loving it!!! i was a big fan especially of the taiwanese version, but i can’t help it – fell in love with the jandi and jun pyo and all the others!!!

  99. Korean drama kisses are usually so lame that I rarely get the chemistry between the acting couple. Now Lee Min Ho is a great actor who also kisses really well on screen.   179. Just finished watching Boys Over Flowers today. I’m so sad that it is over seeing as I am overly obsessed with this drama. I’ve been talking about it to my friends for the past few days! The ending was alright I guess but I wish there was another ep continued on.. where they would get married etc (Jan Di and Gu Jun Pyo. And! In comparison, I like Boys Over Flowers more than Hana Yori Dango in many ways.

    Yi Jung and Ga Eul are soo cute together. Love the part where they go to the club and he tries to make her ex jealous, which definitely succeded. I used to be so in love with Yi Jung but now it is Gu Jun Pyo! His too gorgoues, I wish there was a guy like him out there for me :$

    Overall, I just LOOOOOVE this drama so much! And the clothing that F4 wears is just lovely also Ga Euls style is really cute aswell! Gonna try and dress like that this Winter! 😀
