Park Min Young entertainment world debut story is very unique. Her management company, SidusHQ was browsing Cyworld minihompies and found Park Min Young’s homepage by chance. They found her to be a charming person and decided to give her a casting call and the rest is history.

Park Min Young began her career by first signing a six months contract with Korean Air as their airline model in late 2006. She gained prominence after her debut acting role in MBC’s Unstoppable High Kick sitcom. Her immense popularity following that saw this newbie actress became the model for Lotte Duty Free shop where her predecessors were Rain and Park Yong Ha.

Her success saw her nick her first lead female role in just her second acting gig for KBS drama, I Am Sam in 2007 which further cemented her doll-like cutie pie status among her fans. She made her return in 2008 with Return of the Gumiho as a 9-tailed fox while also appearing in Big Bang’s MV Haru Haru. She ended the year, appearing in Gavy NJ A Love Story MV with Lee Hyuk Soo.

  11. I love her smiles, teeth showing or not. But I agree in some of the photos her smiles look fake or too posed for. I blame that on the photographer not her.

    If you want a permanent make-up, you do surgery.
    If you accept make-up and cosmetics, why you do disgrace surgery.
    But surgery has its ill-effects in latter years.
    You have to pay the price.
    Think before you act!

    If you still want it, you have to accept its ill effects.

    Someone may put on make-up, do cosmetics, take surgery, it is OK for one’s decision. No one can criticize it.

    If you say you are cheated, then we are always be cheated everyday.

    PS:-
    Park Min Young only confess in year 2010 she had eyes and nose surgery in Junior Secondary School. The above photos all come in year 2006 and 2007. She did not mention that these photos are herself.

    There are photos in her fan club – Ensun Tieba in Baidu that she had confessed that they are her high-school photos. You could compare them with all these yourselves.

    All other accusation has no grounds. The old blue school-uniform look photo has so many great differences to Min Young now (skin color, fatness, face shape, eye-sharpness) that no one could guarantee that it is her real-before surgery look.

    How could one do this? If it were really true, it would definitely a miracle and there would be no ugly person living in the world.

  87. I done double eyelid surgery recently(not in korea) due to slight droopy eyes but not much change. I think it is alright for small surgery like double eyelid and liposuction but if post surgery is like totally change to another person then I’m can’t really accept it. Its like influence the youngster that surgery is a normal thing but they are still under puberty stage. I watched few korea variety shows when they likes to compare looks among the boy/girl band members. I find it very wrong and are they trying to say its a sin to born ugly?? or ugly people not talented??

    I chatted with my nurse friend & the surgeon, rhinoplasty procedure is really scary when they will put in the plastic/silicon kind of thing on the nose bridge through the incisions inside the nostrils. Lucky my parents gave me a nice nose even my surgeon find it nice…I don’t like plastic in my body….
