After weeks of testing the beta patch version, Sports Interactive has finally delivered the official patch that comes with an updated database to boot!

As mentioned before, you don’t need to restart your existing game as the patch is save-game comptatible. But for ideal results, it’s still best to start a new game. Download and start playing now, I for one would be leading England to Euro 2008 myself, stupid McClaren!
I’m just downloading it now, it better be decent as the beta still didnt cut it, absolute joke really as we’ve had to wait this long just to make it half playable.
What do you think of the fully patched version?
It certainly solves a lot of bugs which makes it just more playable. But i just hate the x number of offside disallowed goals which seems to be a plague that won’t go away!

hey guys can any one tell me where to find the cd crack for the v8.01 coz my friend, being the idiot that he is, downloaded the game and keeps bugging me if i know where i can find the patch for him.

coolsmurf help please. When i try to install the patch it says error could not locate football manager 2008 installation folder please browse and open fm.exe . What am i doing wrong all i do is open the patch.
@robertcarlosrogers, did you install to another directory other than C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\FM 2008 ??
if yes, u just need to browse to it…and there’s 8.02 now, install that instead….
