I was just thinking, was there really a need for Alex to come off the show because he wanted to concentrate on his music career? I’m not a musician, etc but maybe it does consume your entire time. But look at Solbi, she has so many shows where she’s a host and she even has a role in a drama currently showing on MBC. She still has time to come on We Got Married which I believe takes up two days, one day to record the scene and another day for the studio.

One reason could be that Alex had during the course of the show found it hard to contain his growing feelings for Shin Ae. The show was originally setup to enact how newly-weds behave in situations assigned to them via mission envelopes and then the couples take it from there, probably the only scripted part. How the situation pans out is according to their own personalities.
All in all, Alex is probably someone who is very a very good lover and once he gets started, he won’t inhibit himself. He must have probably fell for Shin Ae unassuming charms along the way. But it’s hard for him because he has to remind himself that it’s just a show, not reality. But as it went on, it became harder and harder for him to control his feelings. Cue the kissing scene during their picnic outing, he was just filled with an indomitable spirit.
Thus before he hurts Shin Ae further, before she falls for him further, it was better for him to cut ties with her. Whether it’s for his career or he did not want to play out his relationship in the public, we wouldn’t really know.

Or maybe the producers decided that a change was due anyway since they always love to do it for variety shows and inject some freshness. They probably asked Alex if he was agreeable to it and he said yes.
Alex is lucky that he isn’t an idol star like Andy who is now like under media and netizen scrutiny over his every move. By being off the show, Alex isn’t subjected to much intense scrutiny except for the odd paparazzi.
Another thing is that he has taken a radio show vacated by Sung Shi Kyung and there’s also unconfirmed news that he’s in Japan to record his album. So yeah.
Either way, it doesn’t feel like Alex and Shin Ae would be back unless another couple is cut from the present line-up. And even if Alex decides to return, will Shin Ae really want to come back on again seeing how fragile her heart is with regards to relationships? What if Alex is free to come back on but Shin Ae has something to do then…There’s always a scheduling conflict possibility.
Alex ♥ Shin Ae

From where we left off in Episode 110, Ilbaek still doesn’t know a thing, Soo Jung ascertains that she loves Sambaek while Sambaek continue to be in denial mode. Things started in Episode 115 with Ilbaek playing his song with Soo Jung by his side and eventually saying “I Love You” where she nods her head. But it was really just another dream as he is jolted by from it by the piano teacher.

Sambaek meets Soo Jung by chance outside the hotel and both cries “Babo” deep inside their heart to each other. Ilbaek sees a proposal scene playing on the tv and decides to use it to tell Soo Jung his feelings. He arranges to meet Soo Jung at 8pm at the park and she agrees initially because Sambaek was around at that time. But as time draws closer, Soo Jung tells Ilbaek that she’s not coming but he tells her that he would wait no matter how late it is.
As Soo Jung ponders back home, she sends messages Ilbaek but gets no reply. She calls him but gets a phone is turned off message. She decideds to go to sleep anyway when she hears the rumbling of thunder followed by heavy rain. Soo Jung decides to go to the park just in case Ilbaek was there.
Soo Jung gets there with umbrella and is relieved after a glance that she doesn’t sees Ilbaek. As she turns to leave, she notices someone in a distance wearing a hoodie crouched closely to fight against the pouring rain. Soo Jung goes closer and realises it is really Ilbaek!!!
Soo Jung starts scolding him for being silly, waiting in the rain. Ilbaek is however just relieved to see her and tells her that he has a confession to make. But as Ilbaek tries to show her his confession on the paper, he realises that it has been smudged by the rain. Soo Jung however already knows what Ilbaek is going to say anyway and starts crying (weirdly), feeling conflicted as Ilbaek doesn’t know what to do but hugs her to console her.
They take refuge in a phone booth where Ilbaek ask her what’s wrong. Soo Jung eventually reveals that she likes someone else, rejecting Ilbaek who is feeling totally crushed. Ilbaek is however not perturbed saying that he will always be there for her since her love was not being acknowledged like him. Soo Jung is left touched as she starts crying again as Ilbaek hugs her to console her. Sambaek at this moment chances upon them and says “Congratulations” in a distance thinking that they had gotten together.
In the Unstoppable Minute, Ilbaek planned confession to Soo Jung was revealed

Soo Jung sshi
Our kind Soo Jung sshi
You can’t laugh even if this may be a bit childish
No. It’s okay if you laugh
When Soo Jung sshi laughs, I become happier
When I see you, my heart beats faster
And when I see you, I feel like I’m going to cry
People say that this kind of thing is called love
Soo Jung sshi, I like you
(No) I love you
I love you
I love you

And so this excellent storyline continues for another day, brilliant stuff.

On the 17 May broadcast of KBS2’s Star Golden Bell, Andy made a surprising confession, “I have 90% intention of dating Solbi.”

Andy and Solbi are currently playing a newly-wed couple on MBC’s We Got Married, and are enjoying a great deal of popularity among viewers. In response to Solbi’s recent confession on Sang Sang Plus that she’d like to date Andy if possible, Andy also made his feelings clear.
Andy said, “Solbi mentioned on the show that she would agree if I were to initiate a relationship. I do have 90% intention of dating Solbi.”
When asked by the MC if he really meant what he said, Andy replied “I’m still very busy now and I don’t have much free time. But after I’m done with the activities for the album, the musical and the movie, and if I have time to get to know Solbi better, we can talk about a relationship.”
Appearing on the same episode, Saori was asked if she preferred her own We Got Married partner Jung Hyung Don or Andy. She replied with “I hate Don Don”, and chose Andy instead.

SBS “On Air” has been consistently churning out high ratings and set a new high rating of 25.8% for it’s final episode last night. On the other hand, MBC “Spotlight” starring Son Ye Jin continued it’s ratings decline, achieving just 6.7%.

“Spotlight” is MBC newest and hugely supported project and is kind of similar to SBS “On Air” as it uses the tv station as the backdrop. But in contrast to “On Air” which is based on the life of stars, directors, screenwriters and managers, “Spotlight” focuses on the jobs of reporters. MBC is trying to draw on the popularity enjoyed by “On Air” in the past two months to catch a slice of the pie.
Unfortunately, the poor rating of only 8.8% in the debut episode followed by 6.7% last night showed that it wasn’t a successful opening for them. It can be attributed that “On Air” was showing it’s final episodes this week.
Son Ye Jin had been very excited about her reporter role and had minimal make-up for most scenes to mirror reality. But despite that and having to rush all over the place (tiring) to gather news, the viewers aren’t buying into it.
Following the conclusion of “On Air”, “Spotlight” will have to up it’s game for they will face up against “Iljimae” starring Lee Jun Ki next.

Photos showing Andy and Solbi kissing each other back appeared on So Yu Jin’s Cyworld yesterday and has become a hot topic among netizens.

So Yu Jin entered the following as the caption for the photos of Andy and Solbi kissing each other back on their cheeks, “Andy_Solbi, the ever so lovable couple from “We Got Married”, photo taken by me when I went over for their housewarming, gahh… I’m embarrassed (or shy) ~~@.@, please look forward to the broadcast ! ^^*” (credit smr05 for translation)
Although they are only a make-believe couple due to MBC “We Got Married” but their sweet moments together has been enough to invoke a scandal between them. Netizens said, “I have been been happily watching their sweet moments on the program and it feels really nice”, “I didn’t think initially that they would be compatible but now they are simply a right fit for each other.” On another hand, another group of fans was jealous and also blasted So Yu Jin for taking pictures of the sweet moment between Andy and Solbi and then posting it.
Andy showed his love by singing “Propose” to Solbi during last week Music Core program and they were voted the most popular couple by 489 fans in a poll.
This scene is definitely going to appear in future “We Got Married” episodes.

Charice Pempengco - Listen @ Boy & Kris Show 080415
I was feeling bored and went searching for her cover of “Listen” and stumbled onto this. I just loved this song and I felt that Charice nailed this perfectly. Frankly, I loved this the most out of all her covers.

Remember the big event and surprise that Crown J prepared for Seo In Young in Episode 9 of MBC “We Got Married”? It was really generous of him to serenade her with his song “Too Much” and present her with a “shoe” sweet cake to make up for the Daegu non-event which made In Young’s life miserable.
As much as they look dysfunctional, they are actually giving the most realistic portrayal of couples today. They have been the most “fun” to watch since quarrels always have more of an impact for variety shows. Their infatuation with new limited edition products, Crown J with his bling bling, In Young with her shoes and calling them her “children”. Granted that In Young isn’t very likeable, perhaps you would change your mind slightly after this before the next episode.
Crown J posted the shoe cake that he made on his Cyworld. Nice isn’t it?

While Alex “flowerpot” was romantic and sad, Crown J showed that he could actually bring the same impact with his rap song, “Too Much”. The song tells the story of a couple who has different set of values and despite quarreling often, they are still very much made for each other. Add Seo In Young’s vocals to it and you have a great song. Love it. “A!” “A!” “Double A!”
